Do you charge a minimum number of hours?
Yes, our minimum rental is for a 2-hour period of time; however, we try to be flexible in our policies and will determine exceptions on an individual basis.
When does the hour rate begin and end?
The clock starts at the designated time indicated on your contract and ends when you are dropped off at your location. Of course, if asked to extend beyond the originally contracted times, we will honor your request and charge for the additional amount of time. We bill in one-hour increments.
How far in advance should I book and how much of a deposit is required to confirm the reservation?
To ensure getting your first choice from our selection of vehicles, we suggest securing your reservation as early as possible. A $200 deposit is required to reserve your date in mind.
Do you have cancellation fees?
Once your deposit is received, it binds you to the contract. If for some reason the contract is cancelled 30 days or less prior to your reservation date, your deposit will be forfeited and is non-refundable.
When is payment in full required?
The balance of your payment is due 30 days prior to your reserved date.
Is the driver’s “tip” included?
No, the tip is given at your discretion. If you receive exceptional service and are inclined to provide a tip, you are always welcome to pay your chauffeur directly.
Am I responsible for damage caused to your vehicle?
As our cars are pristine, very rare, and costly to repair, if damage is caused by you to either the interior, appointments (seats, leather, wood) or the exterior the client is 100% responsible for the cost of the repair.
Can the vehicles be viewed prior to booking?
Yes, please contact our office to make arrangements for viewing.
Can the vehicle be decorated?
"Just married" signs, flags, and bow, if requested, will be added by the chauffeur.

Pictures taken in our classic limousines are breathtaking and will be a keepsake that you will always cherish.
Do you offer a champagne toast for the couple?
We do offer a champagne setup, which includes a silver bucket, ice, two toasting flutes, but no alcohol. We can chill and serve the bottle of your choice that you provide. We also serve complimentary bottled water.
