CONTRACT FOR SERVICE

*Reservation form submitted online will be used as the Driver’s Manifest

 

 

Limousine Rules and Regulations:

  1. No alcohol consumed by persons under 21 years of age in any of our vehicles violation may result in early termination.
  2. No SMOKING inside Limousine. $250.00 charge per incident. No exceptions.
  3. *All parking fees or any other type of access fees are not included in the rental rate.
  4. $200.00 clean-up fee for excessive debris in Limousine.
  5. We are not responsible for any items left behind in our vehicles.
  6. You may not decorate or place any objects in or on our vehicles unless approved by Vintage Limo Service in advance.

 

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations must be made in writing by certified mail within 30 days of your scheduled event to avoid being billed the full contract amount. If you must cancel, and have paid in full, we can reschedule as long as the date and time you request is available. If you cancel entirely prior to 30 days before your event, and you have paid in full, you will be refunded the amount over your deposit in lieu of the reschedule. DEPOSITS are NON-REFUNDABLE due to client cancellation. We require at least a $200.00 deposit for reservation. We cannot consider a date reserved until your deposit has been received. Full payment is due 30 days before your event. We reserve the right to cancel or amend this contract at any time.

Terms and Conditions:

We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, AND DISCOVER CARD as well as Paypal, Cash or Checks. A fee of $25.00 will be charged for returned checks for any reason. The final payment for services is due no later that 30 days prior to the date of service and will be automatically charged to the credit card we have on file, unless we are notified that a different card will be used for the balance. It must be recognized that the classic vehicles are unique and antique vehicles. Because of this, Vintage Limo Service reserves the right to either substitute an appropriate vehicle(s) or refund the clients deposit and/or full payment in the unlikely event that we are unable to provide the desired vehicle(s) due to weather conditions, breakdown, accident, delays caused by customer-provided directions (maps), weather, traffic conditions, acts of God, or other event prohibiting us from provision of that vehicle. Vintage Limo Service will not be held responsible for events and/or damages, both incidental and consequential, relating to the Limousine being out of service. I understand there is a chance the vehicle can become inoperative during my event and will not hold Vintage Limo Service liable. Vintage Limo Service liability, expressed or implied, is limited to the amount you paid for that transportation. By accepting this Agreement, (acknowledged by choosing to click on the “I HAVE READ THE VINTAGE LIMO SERVICE AGREEMENT AND ACCEPT IT” box on the CONTACT US page) you fully acknowledge and agree to all of the terms and conditions of this agreement.

“I understand and agree to the actual rental period (listed on the Driver’s Manifest) along with any other charges and further agree to pay for any and all damages my party may cause during the rental periods. I also agree to the above Limousine Rules and Regulations. The determination of damages is at the sole discretion of the driver. The departure time and number of hours I agree to on the contract is the minimum hours I agree to pay. I agree that overtime will be billed in hourly increments at the rate of $200 per hour and agree to pay any overtime charges. Overtime can only occur if it does not interfere with a previously scheduled job. In case of last-minute reservations (determined solely by Vintage Limo Service), the full amount of the contract is due upon arrival of the limousine. No refund will be given if I use the vehicle less than the contracted hours. I have read, agree and understand this contract. I am 21 years or older.”

By signing this contract, you agree to waive your right to trial should any dispute arise. Further, by signing this agreement you agree that, should any dispute arise out of this contract, it shall be submitted to the American Arbitration Association for resolution, and the award issued by a single arbitrator shall be final. The arbitration shall be submitted to the office of the American Arbitration Association located within the Houston / Galveston, TX region.
